Hey there!

 

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from "Flowers And You." If for any reason something isn't right, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

What you can return:

You can return items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please ensure items are returned in the condition they were delivered, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

 

How it works:

Simply send us a message at hello@flowersandyou.de letting us know you'd like to make a return. Don't forget to include your order number and reason for the return.

We'll provide you with all necessary return information, including our return address.

Securely package the items and send them back to the provided address. Make sure the return is sufficiently insured to avoid loss or damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Exceptions:

Please note that some items, such as personalized or specially made products, may not be eligible for return. In such cases, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
